Tokyo Disneyland, considered one of the main attractions of Tokyo, covers an area of about 45 hectares and is located in Chiba, which is not far from the capital.

This park, similar in style and general concept to its American counterparts, first opened its doors to visitors in 1983.

Its entire territory is divided into several themed zones, such as Tomorrowland (“Land of the Future”), Westernland (“Country of the Wild West”), Fantastyland (“Fantasyland”), World Bazaar (“Universal Bazaar”) and Adventureland (“Adventureland “).

You can have fun finding entertainment to your liking in each of these areas. Throughout the property, you will not be short of places to eat. Tokyo Disneyland is part of a larger and more crowded park that also includes Tokyo DisneySea, Water Park and Aquarium.

Disneyland Tokyo was the first to be built outside of the United States. This amusement park – one of the main attractions of Japan – is located in the city of Urayasu on the shores of Tokyo Bay and covers an area of about 47 hectares.

The entire territory of the park is divided into 7 thematic zones, in addition to which there are also hotels, restaurants, shops, parking lots and other tourist infrastructure. A monorail railway is laid between the resort facilities.

The first thematic zone – “Fantasy Land” – is Cinderella’s castle, Peter Pan’s flights, Dumbo the flying elephant and other famous cartoons.

Adventure Land is conventionally divided into two zones. The first is the tropical jungle, and the second is the Pirates of the Caribbean rides.

“City of Toons” is all the “celebrities” of the Disney world: Mickey Mouse with his girlfriend Minnie, Chip and Dale, Donald Duck with his nephews and many, many others.

How to get there: Take the subway or JR East train Keiyō and Musashino lines to Tokyo station, from there take a bus to Tokyo Disney Resort station (approximately 35 minutes on the way).

Opening hours: Tokyo Disneyland opening hours vary by month; in August, the park is open from 8:30 to 22:00 on weekdays and from 8:00 to 22:00 on weekends; in March-April from 9:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and from 8: 00-8: 30 to 22:00 on weekends, etc.
